Wellworth Tarangire Kuro Treetops Lodge-

Indulge in lavish luxury at the Tarangire Kuro Treetops Lodge, which is nestled deep within the heart of the National Park. The Lodge is strategically located atop an elevated Kopje hill, overlooking the Tarangire River and the Silale valley leading to the Silale swamp in the west - which is famous for being visited by different wildlife throughout the year due to the availability of water. This uniquely designed Lodge consists of 25 luxury tents perched along the Baobab tree line. Mpingo Ridge Lodge-

      The Manor at Ngorongoro by Elewana-

      The Manor at Ngorongoro, located in the north west Tanzania and with its 9 luxurious cottages (18 Suites), family cottage, and magnificent main Manor House, is one of the first safari lodges of its kind to blend East African hospitality with old-world Afro-European architecture and decor. Located adjacent to the famous Ngorongoro conservation area and within a 1500-acre Arabica coffee estate, The Manor is reminiscent of an elegant up-country farm home in the Cape Dutch-style of architecture. Every detail of The Manor has been designed with its guests’ comfort in mind. Each of the cottages has been carefully positioned to maximise the views of the adjacent verdant hills but at the same time to maintain the intimacy and privacy of this old-world Manor home. Each of 18 Manor Cottage Suites has its own private entrance, and adjoining private sun terrace.       Neptune Ngorongoro Luxury Lodge-

      Set in 50 acres of virgin Tanzanian bush in the Ngorongoro volcanic landscape, this all suites wood log cabin style retreat is located a few steps from the Game Reserve Gate and 20 minutes' drive away from the Ngorongoro Crater that is said to have the most dense concentration of wildlife in Africa.

      Ngorongoro Coffee Lodge-

      Ngorongoro Coffee Lodge is nestled up against the Ngorongoro Forest Reserve offering stunning views over a working coffee plantation onto the forest.

      Catering to safari visitors, Ngorongoro Coffee Lodge is located between the villages of Rhotia and Karatu on the northern Tanzania safari circuit. The luxurious lodge is well situated for visiting Ngorongoro Crater and Lake Manyara National Park.

      Twenty-six cottages, including three two-room family suites, comprise spacious accommodation with hand crafted furniture, a private verandah, fireplace, indoor and outdoor shower and a ‘slipper’ bath tub. Each room has two large beds, a seating area, writing desk and chair plus ample closet space.

      An expansive common area houses reception, lounge, bar and dining room complete with complimentary wi-fi. A large veranda overlooks the swimming pool, spa and guest rooms; a perfect space for enjoying afternoon tea or evening cocktails. There is a small gift shop as well.

Deep within its immense walls is a breath-taking blue-green landscape dotted with plains, lakes and forests; an eerie, otherworldly “land that time forgot” thick with massive bull elephants, rhinos, wildebeests and the highest concentration of lions in Africa.

      Standard Rooms at Ngorongoro Serena Safari Lodge feature elegant interior spaces infused with a locally inspired décor and private stone balconies overlooking the Crater.

      Ngorongoro Crater Lodge-

      The view of the cradled Lake Magadi in the crater’s base is a site to see from the lounge areas of our Eastern Rim Ngorongoro Crater accommodation, where you can sight large tusked elephants and endangered Black Rhinos with your binoculars from the comfort of the bar and lounge area of one of our 15 luxury suites, all accompanied by our luxurious amenities and hospitality.

      NDUTU:

      Lake Masek Tented Lodge-

      Witness the early morning mist rise on the banks of Lake Masek

      From the private terrace of your tent you can observe the wildlife of the area. Many animals visit the lake in search of water and therefore this camp is in a privileged observation point.

      Besides, this area is the principle setting of the Great Migration which takes place from December to April and the Big Five visit the area. The camp is set-up every year in a different part of the area, to make sure that you will always have the best place to see this impressive spectacle from your own tent.

      In addition, the camp is ecological without losing in comfort and attention. The electricity is generated by solar panels and the water is rain water collected during the rains. All the products used are biodegradables.

      Elegant tents built on raised wood platforms with en-suite facilities and an outside shower. After a day on safari guests can enjoy a refreshing shower under the stars. Each tent has its own private terrace where guests can enjoy the landscape and the surroundings. The family tent consists of two interconnected tents and a shared bathroom and private porch.


      Olakira Migration Camp-

      The mobile Olakira Migration Camp follows the wildebeest migration around the Serengeti, from the epic river crossings in the north to the southern plains where they give birth to thousands of calves each year.

      Between June and October, Olakira is in the north to witness the crossing of the Mara River. Here, watch thousands of wildebeest take a leap of faith into the water, facing hungry Nile crocodiles and cantankerous hippos. When the herds are on the move, the air is full of grunting, thudding hooves and billowing dust. From December until March, we move camp to the southern plains of the Serengeti, where the wildebeest go to give birth and graze on lush grass, and predators such as lions and cheetahs gather to prey on the young.

      Even at night, the Olakira Migration Camp experience is special. Our mesh-covered stargazing tents allow guests to sleep under a sky of glittering stars.


      Lemala Ndutu Tented Camp-

      Lemala Ndutu Tented Camp is in the Ndutu region of the Ngorongoro Conservation Area near the border of the Southern Serengeti. This area is classic savannah, characterized by flat grassy plains, and our camp is in one of the finest locations in Ndutu to see the migration between December and March. Tens of thousands of wildebeest, zebra and gazelle usually arrive in December to graze on the newly-watered, highly nutritious short grass plains, and then by February, the main calving season takes place. Predators – especially the big cats – are highly concentrated in the Ndutu area in these months. With 9 tents, Lemala Ndutu is perched on the edge of a permanent marsh and acts as the ultimate amphitheatre to capture the boundless drama that accompanies the migration.

      Ndutu Under Canvas-

      This luxury camp allows guests to be in the proximities of the Great Migration and to explore remote areas and the beautiful settings of Serengeti with a large quantity of resident wildlife. The camp has only ten tents which ensures intimacy and exclusivity from this intense experience. The tents are situated at ground level with a private porch. They overlook the savannah. Ample and comfortable. There is a choice of a double bed or two twin beds. The rooms have a bathroom with a bucket shower. The family tent consists of two interconnected tents and a shared bathroom and private porch.

      Ngorongoro Kuhama Camp-

      The Kuhama Ngorongoro has a total of 16 guest tents and it is provided in spacious walk-in tents with wooden floor, twin beds made of fine tropical wood, bedside tables, mattresses, blankets, bed sheets and pillows; the tents are big and can accommodate triple beds. Each accommodation tent has a verandah with two safari chairs and a safari table allowing you to relax with a book, or just enjoy the different scents, sights and sounds around you. The en-suite wash room facilities are set on the far end of the guest tent, offering a hand washbasin, a safari bucket shower and flush toilet. This is an eco-friendly camp fully powered by solar energy.

      Kubu Kubu Tented Lodge-

      Kubu Kubu is the latest addition to the portfolio of properties of Tanganyika Wilderness Camps. This camp is strategically located to ensure that all areas of the Serengeti are within reach of our guests, including legendary locations like the famous Maasai kopjes, the Museum of Olduvai Gorge, Seronera and the Grumeti River.

      It has been designed with a modern African decorative style that creates a fresh and bright atmosphere, but very cozy and with the right amount of luxury. Guests can attend to the show of the Great Migration from the comfort of their tents.

      Elegant tents built on raised wood platforms with an en-suite facilities and an outside shower. After a day on safari guests can enjoy a refreshing shower under the stars.       Namiri Plains-

      Completely refurbished and upgraded in 2019, Namiri Plains is in Tanzania’s eastern Serengeti. This remote camp is also a conservation initiative, protecting an area crucial to cheetah and other big cats. Before Namiri Plains was built, these grasslands were closed for 20 years to allow the cheetah population to restore. The nearest other camps are over an hour’s drive away so you can experience the vast plains all to yourself. When not out in the bush spotting lion and other big cats or watching huge wildebeest herds, while away an afternoon around the pool or schedule a massage in our spa. Feed your mind in the library and information centre, or simply chill out and soak up the views from your own private deck. Ten spacious, stylish tented suites (including one family tent) overlook the Serengeti plains. Since the 2019 refurb, tents are bigger and have sliding doors running the width of each room and opening on to an expanded viewing deck. The walls are made from calcrete, a sedimentary rock created from the ashes of the Ngorongoro volcanoes, that helps to regulate the temperature. Interiors are all decorated in natural materials and tones. Each bathroom has a view over the plains and a standalone resin tub on your private deck for an al fresco bubble bath with a chilled glass of fizz.

This amazing property is ideally located in the Seronera area, known far and wide as having the oldest ecosystem in the world with a diverse range of flora and fauna. It is also known as the Big Cat Capital of Africa where lions, cheetahs and leopards are often sighted during African safari game drives. Home to over 3,000 lions, this area has one of the largest lion populations in the entire continent.




        Lemala Ewanjan Serengeti-

        Lemala Ewanjan is an authentic intimate tented camp set in a secluded part of the game-rich Seronera Valley in Central Serengeti. The Seronera region is an important wildlife transition zone between the southern grasslands and the northern woodlands and is renowned for its year-round game viewing due to its abundance of water in the many rivers, as well as for its large populations of resident big cats. Additionally, between April and June, and again between November and January, this area is crossed by the annual wildebeest migration, which provides always thrilling wildlife drama.​

        The 12 en-suite tents are spacious and comfortable, and have an outside deck offering beautiful views over the area. Each tent is fitted with two queen-size beds with warm duvets, a flush toilet, large safari-style shower, plentiful running water, wooden storage cabinets and flooring, 24-hour solar lighting and outside loungers.


        Lemala Nanyukie Serengeti-

        Lemala Nanyukie is located a 60-minute drive east of the Seronera Airstrip in the park’s central region, and is superbly located with outstanding views across these fascinating ‘endless plains’. The camp itself sits on a grassy savanna dotted with rocky kopjes and shaded by ancient giant acacia trees.

        With canvas walls, cathedral-like tented ceilings and broad hardwood decks, guests at Lemala Nanyukie can expect a light contemporary décor in a palette of dazzling whites and neutral colours, with warmth introduced by textured accessories, luxurious upholstery, wooden furnishings, and well-executed lighting. The 15 luxurious guest tents (13 standard suites + 1 x 2 bedroomed suite) are spaced well apart for maximum privacy. Features include an oversized bed, spacious lounge, and generous bathroom with double vanity, indoor and outdoor showers and free-standing bathtub.         Kati Kati Camps-

        Kati Kati is a mobile camp strategically situated in central Serengeti, ideal for exploring the extensive Serengeti plains. The camp offers comfortable accommodation together with the unique opportunity to enjoy a real safari experience on a camp. In its comfortable tents one will feel completely immersed in the surroundings and one can enjoy the rich animal life and vegetation of the area.

        An original form of accommodation which resembles the old camps of the first explorers in Africa, with all the commodities of today. The camp has been designed to cause a minimum impact on the environment. All of the infrastructure is mobile and the philosophy of the company is not to leave anything behind.

        WESTERN SERENGETI:


        Lahia Tented Lodge-

        The camp is strategically located at the top of a hill overlooking Central Serengeti with views towards Western Serengeti, within reach of mythical locations such as the famous kopjes masais, the museum at the Olduvai gorge, Seronera valley and the Grumeti river.

        The main house offers a unique 360 º panoramic view of the landscape. The building contains lounges, a dining room and a swimming pool. It has been decorated in a modern African style creating a fresh and bright atmosphere, cosy, but with a touch of luxury. Guests can observe the Great Migration spectacle from the comfort of their tents.

        Elegant tents built on raised wood platforms with en-suite facilities and a outdoor shower. After a day on safari guests can enjoy a refreshing shower under the stars.         Kirawira Serena Luxury Tented Lodge-

        Located in North Serengeti close to the river Mara in the Kogatende Area. Situated in the heart of the Migration from June to November with an extraordinary diversity of wildlife. The lodge consists of 16 tents with en suite facilities, including family rooms. It is divided into two camps, north and south. Guests at each of the two camps will use the Main House that includes lounges, restaurant, view deck and swimming pool.

        It has been designed and decorated in a modern African style that creates a fresh and light ambiance, very welcoming but with a touch of luxury. Guests can observe the Great Migration from the comfort of their tents.

        Elegant tents built on raised wood platforms with a private terrace overlooking the savannah. There is a choice of beds, a king size bed or two singles. The bedrooms have a bathroom with a bathtub and an outdoor shower. The family tent consists of two interconnected tents. The bungalow rooms consist of two interconnected rooms.


        Lemala Kuria Hills Lodge-

        Lemala Kuria Hills Lodge is remotely located in the Wogakuria Hills of the Northern Serengeti. A scenic region characterized by grassy rolling hills, open woodland and tree-lined watercourses, it is a habitat that attracts wildlife throughout the year. Lemala Kuria Hills is in close proximity to the Mara River on the Serengeti’s border with Kenya’s Maasai Mara, so is also within the main corridor of the world-famous wildebeest migration between July and October. ​Large granite boulders and kopjes are the prominent feature of Lemala Kuria Hills, and each of the 15 spacious, glass-fronted tented suites has been discreetly set amongst the giant rocks to ensure maximum privacy and spectacular views from the open decks. Each suite has an elegant and contemporary design, with comfortable, modern interiors enhanced by authentic African touches.


        Sayari Camp-

        The award-winning Sayari camp is based in the north of Serengeti National Park, with a prime location to witness thousands of wildebeest crash across the Mara River as part of their Great Migration. Besides the herds, there’s a healthy population of predators, including lions and leopards. When the European migrant birds arrive, the number of bird species swells to 500, many of which can be spotted on game drives or walking safaris. Overlooking the golden plains, our 15 bright and spacious suites have walk-in showers, al fresco tubs and verandas on which you can laze away the afternoon with a book. Sayari’s rim-flow pool is set between natural rock formations for guests to cool off in while watching elephants or zebras ambling past camp. After a dip, treat yourself to a calming massage or a beer at the Serengeti’s first solar-powered microbrewery before an afternoon game drive and sundowners around the campfire.


        Olakira Mara Migration Camp-

        The mobile Olakira Migration Camp follows the wildebeest migration around the Serengeti, from the epic river crossings in the north to the southern plains where they give birth to thousands of calves each year.

        Between June and October, Olakira is in the north to witness the crossing of the Mara River. Here, watch thousands of wildebeest take a leap of faith into the water, facing hungry Nile crocodiles and cantankerous hippos. When the herds are on the move, the air is full of grunting, thudding hooves and billowing dust. From December until March, we move camp to the southern plains of the Serengeti, where the wildebeest go to give birth and graze on lush grass, and predators such as lions and cheetahs gather to prey on the young.

        Even at night, the Olakira Migration Camp experience is special. Our mesh-covered stargazing tents allow guests to sleep under a sky of glittering stars.

        Karibu Serengeti River Camp-

        The River Camp is loved for its excellent location surrounded by Acacia trees and grasslands accommodating the residents around the area. It purposefully resides a few meters from the Mara River, where the picturesque River Crossing of the great migration occurs from June to October. Here, the fight for survival is eminent when you are caught off-guard with just how dramatic the crossing is, with hundreds of thousands of wildebeest, zebra, and gazelle toss themselves into the river overcrowded by the Nile crocodile ready to attack and feast on them.

        Lions and hyenas are also found in great numbers as they also seek to feast upon the weak links of this ferocious race. Our 15 luxury tents all possess incredible viewpoints of this scenic attraction and how hospitality accommodates your experience with outstanding professionalism and detail. The dining and bar lounge areas are perfect for spending our time enjoying the savannah grassland whilst being pleasantly accommodated with our amenities.         Mara Under Canvas-

        Mara Under Canvas is the closest camp to the river Mara where each year enormous columns of wildebeest cross the river, negotiating the jaws of the hungry crocodiles, in order to get to the pastures on the other side in what could be considered the climax of the Great Migration.

        This luxury temporary camp is open from June to November. It allows visitors to be in the proximity of the Great Migration and to be able to explore remote areas and the beautiful settings of Seregenti with a large amount of resident fauna. The camp has only ten double tents and a family tent which assures the intimacy and exclusivity of this intense experience.

        The tents are situated at ground level with a private porch. They overlook the savannah. Ample and comfortable. There is a choice of one double bed or two twin beds. The rooms have a bathroom with a bucket shower. The family tent consists of two interconnected tents and a shared bathroom and private porch.
